  • Feedback across the open-ended questions

Individual Board Assessment Includes:

  • 20 quantitative items across 6 dimensions of individual board member effectiveness, including:
    • Communication
    • Professionalism
    • Knowledge
    • Interpersonal Skills
    • Relationship with Executives
    • Overall Summary
  • 2 open-ended questions, providing feedback on the individual board member’s strengths and areas for improvement
  • Individual board member's overall average of the ratings provided by their fellow board members (and executives, if included) compared to the full board average, along with the number of respondants to each item
  • Section averages across each of the 6 dimensions and an overall average across the assessment
  • Feedback across the open-ended questions
